What I am doing on this page is providing links to sites that can and do provide data and material directed at Culture and Historic Preservation and through time I hope I will have had provided enough information so that people will understand the importance of why the Sovereign Nations are making a sincere effort to Preserve and Protect the Culture and History of their Ancestors.








Indian Country is full of life and within that life contains a history of our people. Sometimes there are sites where people conducted activities in association with their culture. Often, ceremonies were held in certain areas, sacred lands that are now under management of U.S. Government Agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service and the National Parks Service.









The U.S. Government over the years has tried in some manner to provide legal avenues for the Sovereign Nations to address, preserve and protect areas that have a significant value to their Tribes Culture, History and Religious Ceremonies, but in some manner that Government has failed to sincerely generate any form of legal protection that would stop modern progress from impacting Sacred Sites and already the Sovereign Nations has seen many Sacred Areas destroyed.
