Guideline For a 60% Raw Diet

Drink 50 oz. + every day

Breakfast(Grain):

-Cereal + Non-Fat Milk Or Water

+ Dried Berries

-Green Vibrance Mix Or Fruit smoothie

15 Minute Exercise

Lunch (Fruit):

- Handful Fresh Berries, 1 Fruit Sliced

- 1/4 Small Cucumber, Cut into Spears

- 1 Medium Carrot , 1/2 Medium Beet

- Alfalfa Sprouts, Walnuts, 2 Dates (Halved)

Dinner: (Vegetable)

15 Minute Exercise

Weekly: (TUESDAY)

- Dinner: Vegetable Soup w/ Spinach & Plum Salad

Weekly: (THURSDAY)

- Dinner: Cooked Fish w/ Brown Rice

Weekly: (SATURDAY)

- Breakfast: Cooked Egg Whites w/ Cereal
