Tad is a gray/brown tabby cat. He is about 3-4 months of age. He is currently a feral running loose. I strongly believe that this kitten is deaf. He also has a slight head tilt. This could be a medical problem, or some kind of brain damage. I plan to capture this fellow and try to socialize him so he can be placed in an indoor only home.
