This Halloween we purr for all the homeless cats out there, especially the black ones, that they may find a safe haven somewhere, and not be abused by anyone in any way, that they have enough to eat and a warm, dry place to sleep, and love to cheer their hearts. We purr that every homeless animal will find homes and humans who love them.

My Purr of Thanks

I am thankful for many things. I give thanks mainly for a warm home and my family. I know that many cats do not have it, and wish I could find a home for all of them.

For this purr, though, I wish to give special thanksgiving for having had Grandparents, human and feline. Although, I did not know most that well, since we did not live near, I know the warmth of purring with a grandmeow. I wish every cat and human the warmth and knowledge felt and attained from purring with the elderly, whether family or friend.

I am thankful for purring with them and wish I could give the gift of grandparenting to all kitties and humans. As I age, I hope to become warm and giving and become a grandparent to those in need.
