The Absolute BEST Ever! .....Your WCF World Heavywieght Champion!

The scene opens to the simulcast between DSW and WCF networks. What we are about to see will are on network TV shortly after it makes the airways on the DSW and WCF networks. The screen opens to the Paul Roberts entrance video and music. “King of Kings” by Motorhead plays for ten seconds and the following disclosure appears.

THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM HAS BEEN PAID FOR BY PRIMETIME PAUL ROBERTS A DSW SUPERSTAR, REPRESENTING THE WCF. THE DSW, WCF AND THIS NETWORK DO NOT NECESSARILY SUPPORT THE CLAIMS AND OR PRODUCTS PRESENTED.

The disclosure fades as the video continues to play for twenty more seconds or so, then the video fades and transitions into a production truck for DSW. Roberts is standing center screen wearing black slacks and a white dress shirt. His hair is spiked and he is leaning more to his right, obviously supporting himself more on his right leg. The WCF’s World Title is sitting a bit off center on a desk facing the screen. “King of Kings” fades out and Roberts begins to speak.

Primetime: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to yet another primetime special brought to you by “Planet Primetime Productions.” Now there has been a lot of smack spewing on the airways lately and quite frankly it is time to put a stop to it. Now it has been a while since I have been on network TV, back in the WCF I was on the air ways all the time, but I have been waiting for a time just as this to produce yet another primetime special for DSW and WCF fans alike. Now I am sure all of you remember “The search for Jeremy Sterling”, “The History of Rederick”, “The Investigative Report on Derreck Schaefer” as well as “Mr. Wonderful: The TRUE Untold Story of Derreck Schaefer”. But tonight I am here to cover a wide variety of subjects. Everything from everyone’s favorite bottom feeder Dean Phoenix, to our good friend Viper, the WCF hostile take over, and we wont forget the pathetic DSW tag champs GvsE. So without further a due I would like to bring you our first investigative story about the man who could not hack it in WCF, so he turned on the people who tried to make him famous. Of course you all know I am referring to Dean Phoenix. So to all who may be interested in him, I am sure there a couple of people out there. Enjoy.

The scene opens on footage from WCF events. “Super Human” by Velvet Revolver is playing in the back ground. The man in the ring is none other than Dean Phoenix. He appears to be the one on the losing end of the fight in all clips shown. As the clips slow we see a more and more depressed Dean Phoenix. And ultimately shows him walking out of an arena with his bags as it fades to black. Some words appear on the screen, they read…

THE BEGINNING OF THE PHOENIX

Footage begins to roll showing Dean Phoenix’s first days in the WCF. They were good to him, well of course they were he had yet to fight in a match. But none the less all the footage shown shows Phoenix an ambitious young man who knew what he wanted and went after it. A narrator begins to speak but it is undoubtedly the voice of Chad Monie.

Narrator: Dean Phoenix was brought into the WCF by what he called a recruiter, but the identity was actually one “Primetime” Paul Roberts. Roberts brought Phoenix into the WCF with the intention of having him learn under the wing of the man who was hell bent on becoming the WCF champion. But Phoenix betrayed Roberts.

Footage rolls from a triple threat match from the WCF past putting Dean Phoenix vs Roberts vs Rederick. It shows Roberts and Phoenix working together until Roberts goes for the pin, Phoenix retaliates by getting right in Roberts’ face and follows with the two exchanging blows.

Narrator: Upset with the amount of disrespect shown to him by the new comer to the WCF, Roberts’ politely ended the alliance with Phoenix, but without Roberts there to watch Dean’s back, Phoenix fell to the bottom of the ranks.

More footage rolls of Phoenix struggling to get that first win.

Narrator: As Roberts rose to new heights in the WCF by winning the National title at the first WCF Pay-Per-View. Phoenix was lucky to even get on the card. Dean Phoenix was pinned by WCF: Revolution’s own DragonSoldier in just over ten minutes.

Footage from WCF Genesis: As Phoenix appears behind DragonSoldier, Phoenix grabs him, but DragonSoldier reverses it and gets behind Phoenix for a German suplex! DragonSoldier signals for the Xero Gravity! As Phoenix is getting to his feet, DragonSoldier attacks…and hits it! Phoenix is down, cover, 1…2…3!

DragonSolder wins in 10:10.

Rob Harmon: Here is your winner via pinfall, DRAGONSOLDIER!

Less Moore: DragonSoldier picked up the victory and just etched his name as a future contender I’m sure to WCF gold.

Wayne Maloney: Yes, I was quite impressed with his performance.

Narrator: As Phoenix’s troubles continued in the WCF, Roberts kept rising to new heights. No less than a month later at WCF Golden Opportunity Roberts had reached his goal and more by not only gaining the World Title but becoming the self proclaimed “Undisputed Champion of the World” holding both World and National belts.

Footage rolls of Roberts holding up both belts to a capacity crowd.

Narrator: As all this was going on Phoenix was still struggling to get his first win. Now not even two months into his WCF campaign he was already considering retirement from wrestling. Phoenix still had not won a match, and even before WCF second Pay-Per-View Phoenix was thinking about hanging it up.

We now see a promo that originally aired on WCF programming in mid February 2006. It shows Phoenix talking to a friend, and saying it is now or never for him, if he did not win his next match he was going to retire.

Narrator: Even though he did indeed FINALLY win a match the following week, Phoenix still stepped out of the ring, declaring retirement. As did many others at the time Roberts carried the company. The time between WCF Golden Opportunity and WCF Texas Massacre was a dark one, where Roberts alone kept fans watching, and kept the WCF alive. A week before the third WCF Pay-Per-View a few more superstars were signed along with a man who now wanted to be a part of the success. Dean Phoenix.

Footage between the two Pay-Per-Views are shown. Showing the WCF reaching new lows and then growing to reach new heights. The whole time it shows Roberts continuing to win or get the last laugh week after week.

Narrator: When Phoenix could not get a win, he wanted out. When it looked like the WCF was going down, Dean was no where to be found. But when the WCF appeared to have new life, guess who came running back. Dean Phoenix speaks of parasites, when he himself wants nothing to do with anything unless it is successful. Ever since his first days in the WCF when he betrayed Paul Roberts he had a personal vendetta against “Primetime” for having the success that he wanted. Dean Phoenix returned to the WCF in time to appear on WCF’s final Pay-Per-View. But was yet again absent from WCF TV following that show. He left once again when he found out that he would never get the spotlight. That center stage had been taken by a bigger and brighter star, one that had no rival. Phoenix knew he had no chance of getting attention so he left once again. Now Phoenix is back, trying to carry out an almost year long rivalry that in his mind and his mind only, is not finished. Upset that Roberts did not include him in the Revolution, he came to DSW on the other side of the lines. Trying to get one last sight of the spotlight. Once WCF: Revolution destroys team DSW at Scars ‘n Stripes, Dean Phoenix will once again be mysteriously absent for the airways and everyone will forget about him. You see Dean, to be a star in this business you have to have something about you that people will remember. Dean Phoenix’s only legacy will be that he never achieved what he wanted, and he always took off when his fed “family” needed him the most. People call “Primetime” Paul Roberts egotistical for knowing his abilities and realizing all that he has achieved. And they over look the fact that Dean “ME ME ME” Phoenix always disappears when things aren’t just handed to him. Ladies and Gentlemen that is the short egotistical story of Dean Phoenix, and we hope that any DSW fans counting on him to bring down the Revolution, learn from his past, and realize that he will only be around for a short time.

The screen fades to black and reopens in studio with “Primetime” Paul Roberts.

Primetime: I hope everyone enjoyed out look at Dean Phoenix.

Roberts says sarcastically rolling his eyes.

Primetime: Now that we are done revealing the history that he did not want you to know about him, I can move on to someone who still may have some kind of future. Viper, you defeated one of if not the greatest superstar to ever step foot into a ring. And for that my hat is off to you. But lets face the facts, you took the coward’s way out. You attacked my bum knee, that has never been the same since my title defense at Texas Massacre. I could barley stand by the end of that match. So yes it was a big surprise that I decided to lay down and live to fight another day. You may have pinned me Mr. Big shot. But I am still the WCF World Champion. And lets not forget that just a few weeks ago on Meltdown I pinned you with my foot to your chest. Things are not over between me and you my friend. So don’t go counting your chickens before they hatch. If you think for one second that you could have beaten me without attacking my knee that is public knowledge is bad, then you need to step into the ring with me again my friend, and trust me the next time the outcome won’t be the same. You did not out wrestle me Viper, all you did was find the one weak spot I have and exploit it. I wont deny the fact that I am hurt. But I wont be like Nosforatu and sit on the bench until I feel better. I made a career out of fighting through pain. And not you or anyone else will be the one to bring me down. I fight for what I believe in, and I believe that the DSW must be destroyed for the opportunity for WCF to live once more. Now you fight for DSW, and that is commendable, even if it is a dumb choice. But the fact remains that one match does not create a legend, one match does not show superiority, and me and you have been going back and forth since the day I showed up in DSW. And I would say me and you right now are about even. So talk all you want, because I hold victories over you as well, and don’t forget it curtain jerker!

Roberts stops for a moment to regain his composure and starts again.

Primetime: Moving on. Our next production is a fun little spin off of the critically acclaimed Terminator trilogy. Back in WCF my tag team partner Punisher produced a series of short films entitled “Puninator” Tonight I will bring you a new spin on the “Puninator” series in a short film that I call “Puninator: The battle of Good vs Evil”.

The screen fades to black. We reopen in a movie type feel, skipping the opening credits, we already know who is producing and staring in it, we see “Primetime” Paul Roberts, playing himself, in rag tag clothes, fighting off two “Terminators” who are look-a-likes of GvsE’s Damian Sin and Gabriel Saint. Roberts fires a couple more rounds and then ducks behind a pillar in the middle of the destroyed room. As “D” and “G” get closer Roberts realizes that he is out of ammo. “D” grins and goes for a chop block to the back of Roberts’ left knee, where he is wearing a knee brace. Right as “D” plows trough the pillar a massive looking man (Punisher) walks down the hallway. He reaches way back to swing a hard left and comes swinging right at Roberts face.

Puninator: Get Down.

Roberts ducks down and Puninator punches through the pillar and connects with “D” on the other side, buying them some time.

Primetime: You here to try to injure me too?

Puninator: …

Primetime: …

Puninator: …No…you must stay healthy.

Puninator grabs Roberts and moves him away from the recuperating “D” and “G”.

Puninator: Come with me.

Puninator and Primetime break into the room next door as Puninator breaks down the door. Inside they find more ammunition, chairs, chains, and ring bells.

Primetime: What are you doing here?

Puninator: My mission is…to protect you.

“G” tries to enter the room and is met with a steel chair to the face, when Puninator levels him.

Primetime: NO! Leave me here! I’m not the one you want!

Puninator: Incorrect...Paul Roberts leads the Revolution to victory.

Just then “D” crashes in through the window, grabs the chain off the table as he comes down and swings it around the bum knee of “Primetime” twisting it and bringing him to the ground. Puninator comes over grabs “D” and swings him through the “concrete” wall next to them.

Puninator: Paul Roberts? Have you sustained injury?

Primetime: No…I think I am fine.

Puninator: Stay here…I’ll be back.

Primetime: What no! What are you even doing here?

Puninator walks out the door and places it back on its hinges; he locks it and walks away. Roberts looks around at the weapons that surround him, unknowingly “D” awakens and emerges from the hole he was thrown through. He leaps forward and nails a devastating chop block to the back of Roberts left knee. Roberts falls in pain. As Roberts leys on the floor in pain, “D” grabs a chair and closes it over the knee of Roberts. Right before “D” smashes the chair shut, Roberts swiftly lifts his leg between the legs of “D” dropping him. “Primetime” removes the chair from his knee, and walks over and grabs “D” he hooks him, and lifts him into the air, dropping him back down on his head! VIRTEBREAKER! As Roberts slowly gets back up “G” emerges behind him, the camera quickly goes inside of a car, outside of the room.

Puninator: You are Terminated!

Puninator hits the gas and nails “G” right before he has the chance to swing the metal folding chair at the knee of Paul Roberts. Roberts stunned turns around to find that the car has stopped only about a foot away from him. Roberts limps over to the driver side door of the car where Puninator is. Limping but still able to use his knee.

Puninator: Here take this.

Puninator hands “Primetime” Paul Roberts the WCF World Title.

Puninator: “Primetime” Paul Roberts is a leader of WCF: Revolution and last best hope of its continued life.

Primetime: Who sent you?

Puninator: You have to get out of here NOW!

Primetime: No, I’m not going!

Puninator: Paul Roberts must survive. GO! NOW!

Roberts leaves the room, and the camera follows. We see Roberts walking away as Roberts’ voice can be heard narrating.

Narrator: The battle of Good vs Evil was only the beginning. A bigger more dangerous war is on the horizon. Punisher chose his side, and he will never stop fighting…And neither will I. Do your worst this Monday, because I have gotten my ass kicked before and I am not afraid of it happening again. Nothing and no one can stop us from our ultimate goal. The battle has just begun.

The screen just simply fades to black.
