Welcome to Building A Web Page. Here you'll find everything you need to build a great web page. There are several ways to build a web page. First you can find a webdesigner to build one for you, you can use programs like Frontpage or Dreamweaver, or you can learn how to hand code. I have links throughout this site that will take you to places where you can learn handcoding in several web languages, such as HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) and Javascript. There are many other languages used but these are the most popular.
E-Learning is probably the best place for beginners to start. It is an online school. You can take the HTML course absolutely free. I definitely recommend at least learning a little about HTML so you'll understand a little bit about how the web works. Once you've learned a little HTML, you can then at least copy and paste codes into your web page. You'll be able to add things like a guestbook, clock, and more.
If you're interested in getting a degree in Web Design, I recommend Baker College. That's where I went. You can obtain your degree either on campus or all online. It's not free but you can get your degree and start making money creating web pages.
Updates coming soon. I've been very busy with college work, but I'm graduating next month. This site will take on a whole new look.
