There
are now more game save profiles available with all the online skills
and tons of cash.(some with 98 each skill) Now you can have up to
3 different profiles with all the skills and the game beaten. You
can transfer these saves to either an Xbox or a Xbox 360.(its now
BC)
Unlike most Phantom Dust saves these files can be used both in the one
player
game and online. This page now hosts several game saves with
multiple online skills and tons of cash. Some have the game already
beaten while others have it at the beginning of the game with max
skills.
Notorious Chop has also preconstructed some arsenals in the Pantera saves as well. Of course
you can change up those arsenals freely like any normal file.
Disclaimer: The Pantera file was originally taken from the action
replay community. I am not the original creator of it. For some odd
reason it can be transferred to regular xboxes even though you normally
can't do that with Phantom Dust files.
I do not know why. I can only speculate it came from a modded xbox
originally
or that there was some sort of programming modficiation or fluke that allowed this to
happen.
Chop downloaded the file from the Action Replay community saves
and I traded over my skills to his profile. We have both tried the file
online and it works just fine. The files hosted on here created
by Phlsphr420 modifies a transferrable game save the file to get
98 of all skills. I have tried it online recently and have had no
issues and nor has anyone in the past had any issues with getting
banned from Xbox live. If you have not played through Phantom Dust once
I still recommend you have a profile to play through the game without
the saves. Jocose's files have simply used a method
to rename the Pantera file to 2 different names so you can have up to 3
profiles with all the skills and the game beaten. I have had no
issues with these files in recent tests.
However, just like Datel says on their Action Replay sites there are no
guarantees. If Microsoft wanted to they could take the time to ban
everyone with the file names up here. However,
this does not seem likely, because this file isn't modified to cheat.
Many players have already transferred saves in this manner and this
would only cause trouble for the small community of Phantom Dust.
Some of these files or similar ones have existed for many months
with no one complaining about being banned.
You take the same risk with any other Xbox save file you download from
the community.
Other reasons its unlikely it will never be an issue is people who
have duped skills have not been banned in this game. From what I've
read Microsoft seems more intent on going after people who use Action
Replay saves to cheat in game, rather than special game saves.
Phantom Dust has also not been policed really by Xbox live. In
this game people who use methods to boost their ranks to levels which
don't seem humanly possible
are still allowed to play as well. So I don't think this will be an
issue. If there
are any issues with these files it will get taken down. I doubt there
ever will be. While I doubt there will be a problem I take no
responsibility for what may happen to you in your use of this file.
