It's Christmas time again

and I am feeling kinda blue

I wish I could only grin

but its hard when I miss you

I am trying to pull myself together

and be full of goodwill and cheer

But in all this frosty weather

all I want is you, near.

The Christmas spirit is in the air

everyone rushing on their merry way

happily singing without a care

preparing for that joyous day

When all I can do

is try and get thru the day

its hard here without you

But I will, come what may

So I will hang up decorations

and trim us a Christmas tree

and do all the celebrations

until your back home with me
