Race Is A Issue With ACS

What is making me sick is the fact that its always some unhealthy-so-called-white-Jewish Lawguardian with a shaking syndrome health issue and hunchback telling Black Healthy Mothers that they can't have thier Children until they complete thier Goals/Programs that only Black Women seem to have to complete before they get thier Children back. The only ones that is refered to my programs are African American Mothers and Hispanic Mothers. I have yet to ever train a White Mothers.
