Hi fellow Norrathian.
Been here before? Welcome back.
Here every day? Check out the news.
New to the Norrath Guards or even to EQ2? Read on
then

|
Nagafens Guards primary goal is raiding.
If you want to be a member of the Nagafens Guars,
this should be your primary goal as well.
If your primary interest is soloing, harvesting,
farming or tradeskilling for coin, other guilds might be better for
your kind of gameplay.
Also:
- Ventrilo. We use Ventrilo, so will you. Since
our recruitement procedure requires a face to face interview, no
way around.
- Age. We are all big boys & girls here.
Minimum age is therefore 18.

The Rank of a Nagafens Guard member indicates his
position in the NG hierarchy
The Title of a Nagafens Guard member indicates
his function to the guild
Main and alts will always automatically carry the
same Rank.
|
|
Rank indicates where a member is in the Nagafens
Guard Hierarchy
|
|
A Leader is:
- the founding members of the guild;
- those accepted by the founding members into the
rank of Leader;
Leaders have full access to all the management
functions of the Nagafens Guard guild
|
|
A member with an outstanding record of service
will promote to Senior Member.
Promotion to Senior member will require
commitment, commitment & more commitment.
Acceptance to the position of Senior Member is at
the discretion of the Leaders.
|
|
Every Trainee who successfully passes his/her
trial period will be accepted as a member. The member will have
access to the Guild Bank and the services of the Guild
Crafters.
The rank of member is not an indication of the
level of the players toons, but of his commitment to the
guild.
|
|
Every new guild member will start out as a
recruit.
Recruit.
An EQ2 player who just wants to hang around a bit
to 'test the water' can do so. He will be welcome to participate in
the ongoing guild activities..
Trainee.
A recruit who wants to become a Full Member will
start a trial period. During this trial period, he will participate
in the ongoing guild activities. During his trial period the
Trainee can use the services of the guild crafters and ask
equipment from the Guild Bank if needed.
Equipment will be limited to non-treasured and
will be at the discretion of the Leaders or the individual
crafter.

With his title, a player can choose to indicate
within his rank what his primary gameplay interests are for every
individual toon he has in the guild.
If his primary interests are adventuring &
raiding, he may choose the title of Guard or Captain.
If his primary interests are crafting he may
choose the title of Crafter or Master.
The choise does not need to reflect the level of
the toon. A high level crafter with a low level adventurer who
still feels he wants very much to hone his/her adventuring skills
rather then craft may choose for a Guard or Captain. A pl

Succesfull conclusion of the trial period will
make you a Member of the Nagafens Guards.
From this point on, there is no formal procedure
for promotion to Senior Member or Leader. It wil be a reward for
your ongoing commitment to the guild. See it a bit as work in RL.
You work hard, you get a promoted. And just as in RL, if you have
the feeling you are worth more than you get, feel free to
ask.
Just remember, it is NOT the level of your
individual toons, amount of GSP, loot or crafted items that count
but the sum of your commitment to the guild.
