Once again, Animal House was improving big time. The boys were all getting nice things all thanks to Noizchild and her lts. But, the work was not yet over. There were *still* more bugs to fix up. For example, the screens in the windows were utter crap! The screens were all paper thin. Most of them and bigger holes than what they were supposed to be in them. Bugs and bits of nature got into building too easily because of it. Usually, the boys put up with it all too easily. But ever since Noiz started fixing everything, they wanted change with the screens now. Artemis the pig didn't want to do anything about it. He said they didn't have enough money for such a small thing. Everybody that has been following along up to thing point knows that this is a stupid mistake to refuse to change Animal House for the better. And everyone knows what that leads to. Yes, more hectic headaches and fun plans to wreck havoc about the pig and his greed. So, what will happen next?

It was another boring day at Tokyo-Zion Academy. Noiz was in the middle of teaching her Journalism class. She had other things on her mind at the moment. The screens at the Animal House building were her main concern. Artemis had once again refused to fix the problem. It was time to take action again. But how this time? Artemis was starting to try and learn what tricks that she could pull. So, she had to pull something new. But what could she do?

Noiz wiped the sweat away from her forehead. "Damn, it's hot!" she thought. "When are they going to cut on the air conditioning in this mug?" She could barely focus at all. Being ADD wasn't helping her either. Time was dragging slowly as well. Put it all together and you have a miserable kitty. "We need some rain!" she thought. Sure they were getting some today, but it wasn't coming first enough.

"Noiz-sensei!" a voice called her back to earth. The cat quickly up looked. Jim Hawking had his hand raised in the air. Noiz looked right at him in sweaty hot mess.

"Yes Jim?" she asked. The blonde-haired boy sat up straight in his desk.

"Are you going to be okay?" he asked her. The kitty thought about that question for a moment. Noiz noticed the faces of all of her students. They were just as miserable as her. The sensei had to do something quickly before they all died of a heat stroke. (She couldn't die; she would just come back to life again. And then just die again.) She shook her head at him.

"No," the cat said at last. "In fact, let's all open up the window to let some air in! I'm about to pass out!" The students looked at her happily at that request. Some of them got up and started opening up windows. A cool breeze came right into the room. Everyone suddenly felt all better. Noiz shut her eyes for a second to enjoy the happy bliss. Suddenly, a great idea came right into her head. A cruel smile came across her face. She had now found a way to bend the pig to her way about the window screens.

That afternoon, she called a secret meeting with the boys of Animal House. They all gathered in the cafeteria of their dorm house. Noiz was waiting in the front for them. One by one, the boys all settled in. The cat did a quick head count of everyone. Once she counted everyone, Noiz smiled wickedly to herself. "Sweet!" she thought. "They're all here!" The kitty rose to her feet from the chair up ahead. She walked over to the main table. A grin came across her face.

"Good!" she called to her boys. "I have called you all here to talk about the problem with the window screens!" The animals all looked up happily at those words. They all waited patiently for her to speak. Noiz built up the excitement for the news to come.

"Okay guys," she said. "We are to leave the windows all day long!" The boys looked at her confused at first. The kitty smiled at all of them brightly. Rob raised his hand to her. The cat spotted it out right away.

"Yes Rob?" she asked. The mouse lowered his hand.

"How is that going to help us?" he questioned. Noiz smiled at him brightly. His master kept her bright smile.

"Simple!" she called. "It's going to rain tonight. So if we leave the windows open wide..." Graham figured it out right away.

"Everything will flood!" he said. The cat smiled at him brightly.

"Exactly!!!" she called out. The boys all called out happily. And so, it came to pass. Everyone left the windows open in Animal House. Noiz and the boys all waited for the first drops of rain to fall outside. According to this morning's forecast, the rain should start to fall at sundown. Everyone waited around in excitement. Artemis instantly got suspicious. The pig tried to ignore it at first. But when the smirks and grins all got to him, he decided to ease-drop on the animals to catch wind about what was going on. Sadly, nothing was turning up. They weren't really getting too much information amongst themselves. Noiz had trained them well on that. The boys weren't too hopeless on that part. Apparently, halfwits could learn something now and then if they could try. He finally stopped Noiz and Rob in the hallway as they were going back to their dorms. The cat and mouse turned to him quietly. Artemis stood before them trying to keep what was left of his sanity.

"Okay!" he called. "What's going on? What the hell are you two planning now?" The duo stared at him silence for a moment. Then, Rob began giggling. Noiz tried her best not to laugh at all. Artemis looked at the mouse in suspicion.

"What's so funny?" he asked. Rob kept laughing. Noiz gave him a sweet little shrug. Artemis was close to going mad now.

"Come on!" he said. "I'm up for a good laugh. So fill me in!" Rob turned to his master.

"Should we tell him?" he asked. The kitty shrugged at him innocently.

"Might as well," she said. "The plan's already set in motion." The pig looked at them confused.

"Plan?" he asked. "What plan?" Rob turned to him smiling.

"Did you watch NHK this morning?" the mouse asked.

    "No," Artemis said. "Why?"

"Because, NHK says it's going to rain!" Rob called.

"And we're letting in the rain because of the crappy screens!" Noiz added on. Artemis tried not to laugh at that statement.

"There's not a cloud in the sky!" he called. "We're going to be dry all day!"

"One can't be too certain!" Noiz called.

"Says who?" the pig questioned her.

"If NHK says it's going to rain," the mouse argued. "It's gonna rain!" Artemis was trying to keep from laughing now.

"Yeah," he said. "And I'm going to be the next Prime Minister of Japan!" He laughed aloud. The cat and mouse looked at him quietly. But then, the plan fully set into motion within seconds.

"Guys!" someone yelled. The three of them looked up to see Conrad Townshed running towards them excited.

"Guys!" he yelled again. "It's raining! It's raining!!!" Noiz and Rob were smiling now. Artemis had a shocked look on his face.

"WHAT?!?" he cried out. "Let me see!" He rushed over to the window. Noiz, Conrad, and Rob were all right! The rain was coming down hard and fast. No only that, but there was thunder and lighting outside as well. Artemis looked like he would loose his mind. The three animals had grins up to their ears.

"Hey Noiz," Conrad said to the kitty.

    "Yes?" she asked.

"How long is this storm going last?" the boy asked her. Noiz shrugged at him sweetly.

"Dunno," she said. "NHK said that it was going to an all-night storm." Artemis looked really worried now. But his troubles were just starting. He suddenly felt something wet up against his shoe. The pig quickly looked down. Water was slowly flooding onto the floor. He looked out the window quickly. The rain was flooding into the building quickly. Artemis began to freak out about how the damage would cost to get this all fixed. It would all be less money for him.

"Is that..." he began to ask in a panic.

"Yes!" Rob, Noiz, and Conrad said.

"The windows are open?!?" he asked in a panic. "But why?!?" The three animals turned right to him. A big bang of thunder sounded in the background. Noiz grinned at him evilly.

"Yes!" she said. "All of the windows are OPEN!!!" Lighting flashed in the background as she laughed. *Sweat drops on all the guys' heads* The cat calmed down and looked all around her.

"What?" she asked innocently. "I just wanted to do that on a night like this!" Another shock of lighting came. This was big enough to scare the dead back to life. Rob smirked to himself quietly.

"Hm," he said. "If this keeps up, the building will be flooded and the power will go out!" And low and behold, everything went black! Dead silence was all around. The four of them looked all around. Noiz looked over at her pet mouse.

    "That was creepy," she said.

"Yeah!" he agreed. Artemis looked around in a serious panic. Not only was the floor going to be soaking wet, the power was now out. Could things get any worse? The pig wailed out annoyed. The three animals noticed the sound.

    "Yes, pig?" Noiz asked sweetly.

"Why the Hell do you guys keep doing this to me?!?" Artemis wailed out. "What do you lot have against me?!? What have I ever done to you?!?" There was a moment of silence. The pig tried to look at the residence in the dark. Another loud burst of lighting sounded through the silence. The cold rain water was really soaking up the floors. The heavy winds from the outside wasn't helping either. Artemis looked around frantically. He tried to convince himself that this was all a big nightmare. But that never works, now does it?

"Should we tell him boys?" the cat asked the other two.

    "Yeah," Rob replied.

    "Go ahead!" Conrad agreed.

"Okay!" Noiz called. She turned towards the darkness. Artemis waited for an answer.

"All we want is some new screens for the windows!" the cat called out to him. "Until then, let the rain and winds into the building! We even propped the windows so that they stay open until we take them out. And judging by this power outage, finding it is going to be a royal pain in the ass! So what's it going to be, pig? New screen or a wet cold and dark night." The pig stared into the darkness shocked. He didn't know what to day at first.

"NEVER!!!" he screamed out. Noiz shrugged at him innocently.

"Fine!" she replied. "Good night!" Then, the three animals went right to bed. Artemis was left all alone in the dark with the cold and water.

Needless to say, it rained and stormed all night long. By morning, Animal House was flooded in ankle deep water and the power hadn't returned yet. The pig looked around at all the damage. He had no choice but to admit that he had once again lost to Noiz and her army. There was only one way to fix this now. By evening, the animals of Animal House were enjoying their pretty new window screens. Noiz was especially happy. All of her missions were complete. But, that was only the first battle. The war for improvement was now burning hot for everyone.
