Mankind
I believe mankind can and are both good and evil. It all depends on their beliefs and personally. Man can be like Mother Teresa and Princess Diana or they can be like Eric Rudoloph or Scot Peterson. I think Pope and Swift would agree with me on that because they are wise philosophers who see mankind for what it truly is.
