Minimum Orders:

There is a minimum order of $100 required and $200 for all Foreign orders. All Foreign & Island orders must be paid in US currency and advance payment is required. If you wish to do a bank transfer, our account number will be furnished upon your request. We accept all major credit cards on all purchases (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express).

Terms:

All Orders are shipped out C.O.D. (Money Orders Only!!!) except for Foreign & Island orders. Advanced payment is required before shipping for all Foreign & Island orders. All retail orders being shipped to apartments or home addresses are also required to be prepaid before being shipped. All checks returned from the bank will incur a $20.00 service charge.

Shipping:

Our shipping courier UPS (United Parcel Service). The following services are available for your package: Regular, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air Service. Once we give you a UPS tracking number, you can go to www.ups.com to track your package. We will use UPS unless other specific instructions are requested at the time of your order. All Island orders going out priority mail through the United State Postal Office (USPS) is not a guaranteed service time of 3 to 5 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays exceeding that amount of time.

Phone Orders:

To avoid confusin, please write out your orders first before calling. If you call and our phone lines are busy, please either fax your order or email it. We are not responsible for erors which occur in phone orders unless we have written confirmation before processing. We would prefer that all orders be faxed or emailed if possible. If you are unable to fax or email your order, feel free to call in your orders over the phone.

Back Orders:

Unless otherwise instructed, items which are not in stock at the time of the order, will not be back ordered. Please re-order. Customers must pay previous shipping charges for all reshipped orders!

Tax ID #/Business License:

All new customers must provide a copy of their business license & Tax ID # before placing any orders.
