Fly away

A poem about a free spirited girl
and individual freedom.

When I don't speak I seem like a saint.
When I now speak you might realize there is
a Hawk in me, waiting to spread its wings
and fly away like a free spirit.

Well meaning, but not harmless.
Try to cage me and lose me.
I just fly away, fly away. Goodbye.
I'm on the loose, I'm free
and this is how I want it to be.
