Bryan knew the difficulties of Muscular Dystrophy, but also knew the joys of being loved, needed and cared for. It was the need of respite care for Bryan, his sister, and family that kindled the fire of need in the Vernon County area for respite care. That little fire has become a bonfire with the involvement of the Moss Trust, the Nevada City Hospital, Volunteers and Employees. It was Bryan's determination to be of service to others even in difficult times for himself and that will always be the strength behind The Neighbors. From that small seed of need has come this great opportunity to serve a community with special needs. That service will always be offered in the spirit of Bryan Flynn.
