First Day of Blog
Mood:  caffeinated
Ever have those moments when you don't have the exact words to tell someone how you feel? Well I have, especially when it comes to greeting cards. I'm the sentimental mushy type that feels a greeting card should represent just what you are feeling. No matter who you are giving it to. Lucky, just recently I ran across a greeting card site that had a love section, family and friends sections, that had greeting cards that were all so heartfelt. It actually touched me!!!! I'll post the URL if anyone is interested, it really caught my attention, I was reading forever. Greeting Cards

For those poetry lovers out there:

I look at you and smile,
Knowing that you are the one whom I am fated to spend eternity with.
The extremity of happiness that it makes me feel, cannot be compounded into words.
You are the love of my life, the one I have waited forever for.
The one who has come back into my life to make me whole again.
For without you, I was lost.
A void encompassed by a world that was unfamiliar to me.
A life that you were not in.
It saddened me to think that we could never be.
Yet I know different now.
There was a time when each bump in the road made us weaker, because the two of us did not know how to survive as one.
We have come to a point where together we can overcome everything.
Together we are everything.

One more for today, more another day.

What mortal existence do I hold,
That the innocence of a child, rests quietly in the confines of my womb?
Each breath I breathe,
Be if for two.
With every word I sing,
Echoed in the illusive world in which we live.
I beseech each companion,
To destroy and burdens that nestles the mind.
Having subtle thoughts of death, transpire those to safety and love.
Each new babe, unharmed of all injustices of this world.
That all that enter, flourish and grow and achieve equality of that which is moral.
