Macaroni &cheese tomato bake

ingredients

 

3 packets of macaroni pasta

16 roma tomatoes

800 mls of milk

small bunch of basil leaves finely chopped

3 cups plain flour

oregano

1. boil water for pasta

2. add macaroni and cook for 15 to 20 minutes

3 heat oven at 200 degrees Celcius

4. make béchamel source

5. when macaroni is ready put in baking tray and add béchamel source

6. add sliced roma tomatoes and sprinkle oregano on tomatoes & add

cook in moderate oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
