After sometime of reading so many blah blah blogs on leadershp with policital or religeous agendas I have decided to create one that I feel truly encapsulates managerial and leadership topics without a stance or lean.

Leadership afterall is an ability not an agenda.

Management is skill not a stance.

In the coming months I will post papers, theories, ideas, and knowledge I have gathered, written, or come across in the course of the many years of education I have aquired and experience I have gained.

I welcome all comments and inquiries. If vulgar I will delete them though. Sorry... Although I do feel free speech is a God given right, I truly believe that our founding fathers did not intend that to mean insulting one another just for the pleasure of it.

True leaders afterall care as much for those that disagree as those that follow.
