Back to Bedlam is the first subset of the Moss Cathedrals fan arc. It is an alternate universe where Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric are vampires, living in the eastern stretches of the German Confederation on the early eighteenth century. They are served by an orphaned werewolf, Jean Havoc, that was saved from slavery in a travelling freak show. Their father also haunts the antique Castle Elric, though his motivations are unknown and he is entirely unwelcome into the little cabal.
This series is rated R for sexual themes, homosexuality, incest, pedophilia (relative), bestiality, violence, gore, child abuse, animal abuse, and torture.
