I was born on June 21, 1985, to Richard and Grace Morris. I grew up in a small town in Connecticut called East Granby. Its a great little town with plenty of wooded areas and a river running through it. I have spent my whole life growing up in East Granby. In fact, the only two houses I've lived in have been down the street from each other.
Growing up in a town with less than 5,000 people had its ups and its downs. I grew up knowing everyone in my school, as East Granby the smallest public school system in Connecticut. My graduating class consisted of about 40 students, making us a very tight knit group of friends. The downside was, though, that there was a major lack of diversity and knowing everyone in your town makes meeting new people very hard. I met a girl named Kristina Gordon who lived in a town next to mine when I was 17, and we have been dating ever since.
I graduated in 2003 with honors, and decided to try for a change of scenery. This is why I enrolled in the great institution that is James Madison University. The culture and landscape of Harrisonburg is very different from my home town and I am enjoying spending time in a new place.
I am currently a third year sophomore marketing major. I am a brother of the Iota Sigma chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha, and live in the fraternity house. I am still dating my girlfriend of almost 4 years, though she goes to college in Pennsylvania.
