Frankly, I’m not the type of person who has all the knowledge of building a web page or writing a web page, however after I was in process of my research online that I have found there are a lot of different kind of web page editors out there which I started get interested of what I was doing. Why there are such a lot people doing things on web? How the web page editors have a great function to benefit people? What is considering as a professional or a great web page? The first one I found that is very interested is Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. Dreamweaver is a kind of extreme program which not widely for all people, but for professionals such as, expert or web designer, since the interface of this software making it complicated to use for beginner or people new into this program. Plus, only the people who had the old version of Dreamweaver know how to use it, and the price of this program is more expensive as others.

There is not much good thing about this program as usual, since they are mostly for professionals, but one of the good things about Dreamweaver is that they provide a lot of useful and handy tools for every web designers, as well as it is very simple to publish the web site to internet.

The second web page editor is Namo Web Editor Suite 2006. I found out that from my friend’s office, since they are using this program to build their web page. They told me that this site is simple to insert and rearrange the pages. All you need to do is drag the item from the folder or internet and place it back on the program, its works very similar compare to Microsoft FrontPage. The other advantage about this program is they offer in a low price compare to other web page editors.

My friend told me that the only disadvantage of this Web Editor 2006 is their customer support service. Namo don’t even have any online support for their users, but it present a great outlook on the package and interface compare to other web editors.

The last web page editor is Microsoft FrontPage 2003. I currently own one of a copy for this program; this program has work like other Microsoft program. FrontPage is a program mainly for beginner, since you don’t need to learn or research a lot about building a web page, and all you need to know is the designing part. FrontPage also let you create a table, and it can make the web page be more organized.

Front Page is a nice program for some people, but it might not good enough for people who desire more in the web editors. The only bad thing about FrontPage is they don’t have any feature to create any animation. Comparing to Dreamweaver, they are letting people create a flash and put it on the web page. Therefore, professionals mostly won’t stay for FrontPage, they don’t have a lot of feature that other web editor had.
