A Open Mic is still taking place in the same building under the ownership of the Weigh Station Cafe. We are keeping this website open as a memorial to the good pickers we've had come to our open mic during the years 2005/2006. We appreciated everyone's support and it was a great time for all. We really hope to experience the magic we had again someday. To have folks there who truly enjoyed the music, who listened and loved music. It can't be reproduced with money, it was a passion and a community that formed through sharing. Indescribable with words alone, but felt, and maybe there will be others with heart/dreams enough to give to their hometown stage...
