Reservations are not required, however they are encouraged and allow you the certainty that you will have the opportunity to view the drama. In the past the event has been closed early due to no scheduled dramas during the afternoon.
We stop taking reservations at noon on the Friday of our event. Feel free to come on and visit our encampment without a reservation. However, please take note of the above warning. We will do our best to accommodate you and allow you to see the drama in as short a time frame as possible.
Call 304-562-0518 or send us an email and list at least 2 choices for the day and starting time frame you want to attend our event. REMEMBER! We stop taking reservations at NOON on the FRIDAY of our event.
Also include your name, # in party and a phone number where we can reach you in case of questions or cancellations.
Please note: if you choose the 12-1 time frame, you could be scheduled to start at 12:00, 12:30, or 1:00. Allow 60 -90 minutes from your starting time to view the entire trail.
Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow time to register and pay for the event. Trails leave on time and if you miss the start of your trail you will have to wait until the next trail leaves that has space available.
If part of the time frame you sign up for will not work, please let us know when you email us. (can't arrive until 12:30, but signed up for the 12:00-1:00 time frame)
