NINA BONDERMAN TARNOFSKY, 80, of New York City died Saturday. Born in Russia, she came to the United States in 1926. Before retiring in 1975, she owned Nina's Dress Shop, New York City, for 35 years. During World War II she received a commendation from Eleanor Roosevelt for her work in sending care packages to American soldiers. Surviving are a daughter, Mona Vort of Ho-Ho-Kus; two sons, Larr 822029y of New York City and Fred of Boca Raton, Fla.; a brother Aaron Bonderman of Camarillo, Calif.; six grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Her husband, Albert, died in 1973. Services are today at 1 p.m. at Beth Israel Chapel, with burial in Beth Israel Cemetery, both in Woodbridge. Arrangements are by Louis Suburban Chapels, Fair Lawn.
