Union-News (Springfield, MA) - June 19, 2002 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deceased Name: Richard M. Scott 1915 - 2002 LUDLOW - Richard M. Scott, 86, of Holyoke St., Ludlow, died Sunday evening in a Hampden nursing home. Born in Ludlow September 13, 1915, he was the son of the late Alfred & Cora C. (Keefe) Scott. He was the owner-operator of Scott's Trailer Park in Ludlow, was a heavy equipment operator, and was co-owner of Scott Brothers Construction Company. He was a longtime member of Local 98 Operating Engineeres. He leaves a niece, Cora Bradway of Ludlow; a grandniece and caregiver, Bonnie Kennedy of Ludlow; and a close friend, Tillie Mayoski of Ludlow. Richard also is survived by many grandnieces and nephews. Funeral Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home (expanded off-street parking), 64 Sewall St., Ludlow, with the Rev. Dr. Ledyard S. Baxter officiating. Burial will be in Center Cemetery in Ludlow.
