Deceased Name: MICHAEL G. SCHULTE, 69, BARTH INDUSTRIES WORKER Michael G. Schulte was a machine assembler for Barth Industries on Brookpark Rd. for more than 30 years before retiring in 1991. He previously worked for Cast Master Inc. and Donnelly Furnace Co. Mr. Schulte, 69, a lifelong Lakewood resident, died of cardiac arrest while attending Mass at St. Rose Catholic Church in Lakewood on Friday, less than two weeks after the death of his wife, Catherine. They had been married for 48 years. Mr. Schulte graduated from Lakewood High School in 1948. His son, Michael J., died in 1997. Mr. Schulte is survived by daughters, Joanne Sweeney of Kent, Marianne of Brooklyn and Marie Romanak of Garfield Heights; son, Thomas of Parma Heights; 10 grandchildren; a sister; and two brothers. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Rose Church, W. 114th St. and Detroit Rd., Lakewood.
