52, of the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, N.J. died Saturday, 27 August 1994 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, N.J. He was an attorney for Beekman & Missett, Ocean Grove. He was a former president for the Boys Club of Ocean Township. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Shore Area YMCA and a former nation chief of its Indian Guides. He was 1962 graduate of Monmouth College, West Long Branch, and 1970 grauate of Seton Hall University Law School, Newark, N.J. Mr. Missett was born in Jersey City and lived in Point Pleasant before moving to Oakhurst in 1963. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Teich Missett; a son, Devin Sean, at home; a daughter, Dr. Megan Missett-Greenwald, New York; his mother, Margaret Grall, Jupiter, Fla.; two brothers, Bruce, Weston, Conn., and Mark, Cranford Township, N.J.; a sister, Valerie Missett, Long Branch.
