The Point System
The Point System is the policing policy of the Lords of Conflict. This policy was written and ratified in Age 34, the Age of the Dragon. Amendments to this policy must be ratified by the kingdom and written in only at the beginning of an age.
Points are given for unworthy conduct. An accumulation of a number of points in different departments will lead to the exile of a province. This province will be declared DDD, defect/delete/die. Points will be awarded form the start of an age, and all charges will be dropped when the end of the era. All points are disputable, if brought up within reasonable time to the Sub-Monarch. Everyone falls under these laws, including the Monarch.
Each article of this policy has a maximum points allowed. If a player reaches that amount, he or she is declared DDD. Points are disputable under extraordinary circumstances.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Answering Roll Calls – Maximum of Four (4) Points
Roll calls are an instrument used to demand activity. This kingdom will issue roll calls at random times throughout the age. The roll call will be attached to a time requirement for replying. If a player fails to meet this deadline, he or she will be given one (1) point. The accumulation of four (4) points in this category will warrant you DDD.
2) Posting Attack Results and Modified Offense Sent – Maximum of Five (5) Points
Following every attack made, the attacker must
post the results of the attack along with the amount of modified offense sent on
the attack. This information must be posted in the “Attacker’s Guild” or Pimp
or a related war thread. If a player fails to post his or her attack results
or (especially) the modified offense sent, he or she will be given one (1)
point. The accumulation of five (5) points in this category will warrant you
DDD.
3) Inactivity without Announcement – Maximum of Two (2) Points
Players are expected to log in every day. Failure to log in within 48 hours puts an asterisk beside your name, available to the monarch only. If a player does not log in for 48 hours, without having previously notified the kingdom of absence, he or she will be given one (1) point. If, after the initial 48 hours, another 48 hours passes before the player logs in, he or she will be given an additional one (1) point. Avoidance of this issue is done by announcing your absence, before it occurs, in the kingdom forum. The accumulation of two (2) points in this category will warrant you DDD.
4) Updating Pimp – Maximum of Ten (10) Points
Utopia pimp is expected to be fully updated, all four (4) squares, every 48 hours, at a minimum. If any one (1) box is empty for a period of time exceeding the 48 hour mark, the player guilty will be given one (1) point. When an attacking army returns, the SoM box empties. Under this condition, providing an attack was made within 48 hours, no points will be given. The accumulation of ten (10) points in this category will warrant you DDD.
5) Not Following Targets – Maximum of Five (5) Points
Often, during war, targets will be
assigned by leadership. If this is not the case, and there is no target, no
points can be given. If a target, or targets, are assigned to the kingdom, you
are expected to follow that target, your abilities allowing. It will not be
held against you if you are not capable, but capability will be held to strict
numbers. War targets exist until a leader clears the target or a pre-existing
condition is met. If, while a target, or targets, exists, your hostile actions
are not directed on the target, or one of the targets from the target list, one
(1) point will be given. The accumulation of five (5) points in this category
will warrant you DDD.
6) Removing Inactives – Maximum of Three (3) Points
The removal of an inactive is a kingdom affair and will be conducted as such. If a province is declared DDD, it is expected that the entire kingdom assists in the removal of said inactive. Reasons for not assisting in the removal are provincial inability or inactivity yourself, not logging in while, start to finish, said inactive is being removed. If, outside of exception, you act outside of the inactive removal and conduct hostile actions towards your own target, you will be given one (1) point. The accumulation of three (3) points in this category will warrant you DDD.
