The Lords of Conflict Governmental Hierarchy

 

 

The kingdom of the Lords of Conflict is set up in a hierarchal structure with inheritance.  Using a tier system, the leaders are ranked in importance with tier one being on the top.  The tier above one tier, inherits the roles and responsibilities of the tier below it, though specific responsibility lies with the lowest tier holding that responsibility.  The position holders are elected into office and can be replaced at any time the kingdom as a whole wished to make that change.

***Monarch - Tier 1 leadership

The monarch has absolute authority over everyone.  The monarch is the minister of foreign affairs.  He or she will serve as the kingdom’s diplomat to the outside world of Utopia.  The monarch will conduct war searches, initiate diplomatic relations, define and negotiate war terms, and work with the enemy monarch to resolve the end of the war.  During peace times, the monarch will decide the kingdom stance and monitor the war readiness of each province.  For managing internal affairs, the sub-monarch will also be the forum page.

***Sub-Monarch - Tier 2 Leadership

The sub-monarch is the second in command, next to the monarch.  He or she will be the acting monarch in the absence of the monarch.  The sub-monarch is the minister of internal affairs.  He or she will coordinate the guild leaders during war and peace.  The sub-monarch will be in charge of policing and maintaining activity levels and will over see the point system.  He or she will be charged with removing inactive or rogue provinces.  The sub-monarch will be in charge of directing new players in the right direction to get them started off.

***Attacker's Guild Leader - Tier 3 Leadership

The attacker’s guild leader is known as the General.  He or she will coordinate the attacker’s guild and all the attackers belonging to it.  During war, the general will assign targets to be managed by the members of the attacker’s guild.  He or she will determine how long the targets exist and what conditions must be met.  During peace, the General will act as a mentor to all guild members.

***T/M Guild Leader - Tier 3 Leadership

The t/m guild leader is the leader of the t/m guild.  He or she will be in charge of assigning targets to the t/m guild members during war.  Outside of war, the t/m guild leader will act as a mentor to all guild members.
