Evaluation

RUBRIC

On-Task:
     1=Used time poorly (as shown by observation of teacher) in spite of several adult reminders to do so.

     2=Used time well (as shown by observation by teacher), but required adult reminders on one or more occasions to do so.

     3=Used time well during most class periods (as shown by observation by teacher) with no adult reminders.

     4=Used time well during each class period (as shown by observation by teacher) with no adult reminders.


Appropriate Behavior:
     1=Worked appropriately some of the time, but had several problems that required adult intervention.

     2=Worked appropriately most of the time, but had one problem that required adult intervention.

     3=Worked appropriately most of time but had a few problems that learner self-corrected using self-monitoring techniques.

     4=Worked appropriately all the time with no need for adult intervention.


Task Completion:
     1=Less than half of the activity was completed independently by the learner and/or less than half of the activity is accuracte.

     2=At least half of the actvity was completed independently by the learner and/or at least half of the activity is accurate.

     3=Almost all of the activity was completed independently by the learner and/or almost all of the activity is accurate.

     4=All of the activity was completed independently by the learner and all of the activity is accurate.
