Well things are going better than before. I went to the gym with Autumnh today and it sucked but I think I'm making progress. It was really crowded and filled with seaty ass dudes in their sweaty ass gym shorts. Crazy. But hey I'm doin it. That's all that matters...

Treadmills really suck... today I ran on the treadmill and was out of breath in about 3 minutes... so sad, but treadmills put a lot more pressure on my lungs than a bicycle.
