Family Wigs

Due to health and sanitary reasons there are no returns accepted on any items. You may exchange your purchase within 7 days. Only one exchange is permitted. To get exchange, the wig must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original condition with tags attached. Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order via through a message to the store owner. Please include order number, reason for exchange and list of items you want in exchange. An exchange authorization number will be issued by email with instructions. No exchange without authorization number will be accepted. Merchandise must be shipped to us within 3 business days after the authorization number is issued. For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of $15.00 per wig and shipping charge of $6.95 will be charged. Shipping and handling fee won't be refunded. You have to pay for the return of the merchandise. Collect shipments will be refused. Upon receipt, all refunds and exchanges will be processed according to our policy.

For all non-paying Bidders... due to the problems you guys may cause it is a big problem. By clicking on the "comfirm bid" button you are agreeing to the terms of the ebay store policies and plan out purchasing the item that you may have won. If there is a problem of sort try to work it out and not run from it. If you guys dont respond or take action within the seven(7) days within the days after the item has been won. We will take action by contacting the Ebay company.
