Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Kneau.com. Kneau.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time.

Description of Service
Kneau.com provides a service whereby users purchase ebooks and in return are entered in straight-line matrices. You must understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from Kneau.com, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the newsletters, and that these communications are considered part of Kneau.com membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current service provided by Kneau.com, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the service provided by Kneau.com is provided "AS-IS.”

Payment Terms
Kneau.com only accepts payments via PayPal at this current time. As new methods of payment are made available marketers this will be made known in reasonable manner.

Money Back Promotion Policy
In return for purchasing one of Kneau.com’s ebook packages the user is entered into one of Kneau.com’s corresponding straight-line matrices with the opportunity to win a Money Back Promotion. It is not theMoney Back Promotion that the user is purchasing but rather the ebook and in-turn the user is being added to the matrix to show Kneau.com’s gratitude.

Time to Fulfillment of Money Back Promotion
Kneau.com makes no guarantee as to when the Money Back Promotion will be received by the user as it is contingent upon the purchasing habits of other users, but rather Kneau.com makes it clear that at some point the Money Back Promotion will be delivered to the user.

Termination
You agree that Kneau.com, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Kneau.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. Should your account be suspended or terminated Kneau.com will provide you with a written reason for suspension or termination and an opportunity to appeal at the email address you provided. Further, you agree that Kneau.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Kneau.com harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Kneau.com, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

Kneau.com’s Propriety Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the service and any necessary software used in connection with the service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Kneau.com, you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Kneau.com and (2)maintain and promptly update to keep it true, accurate, current and complete by email. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Kneau.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Kneau.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Refund Policy
Kneau.com agrees to refund your purchase price only if your purchase was frauduent (if your information was used by someone else illegally). Once you recieve your links to the ebook and related free software used to view it, you have the intellectual knowledge and cannot return it. Since there is no way possible for Kneau.com to recover the intellectual content, we cannot refund your money. If you do not understand something in the ebook or how to use it, you can email Kneau.com and your questions will exhaustively answered and explained.

Notice
Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. Kneau.com may also provide notices of changes to the Terms of Service or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on Kneau.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly agree that:
1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Kneau.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. Kneau.com MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
