Joshua 1:5-9

5 No one will be able to stand there ground against you as long as you live.  For I will be with you as I was with moses.  I will not fail you or abandon you. 6 Be stroung and courageous, for you will lead my people to possess the land I swore to give their ancestors.  7 Be strong and very courageous.  Obey all the laws Moses giave you.  Do not turn away from them, and you will be successful in everything you do.  8 Study this Book of the Law continually.   Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey all that is written in it.  Only then will you succeed.  9 I command you be strong and courageous!  Do not be afraid or discouraged.  For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Jesus Transform from a person who had religious experiences to one who encounterd God and discovered a true relationship .

Before I got saved I was completely consumed with the approval of others and plagued with insecurity.  I struggled for about 6 years with an eating disorder that almost took my life.  Even though I’d grown up in church I did not have a time revelation of Jesus.  After I had a true encounter with Jesus my emotions  were healed I was no longer bound by the eating disorder and I’ve never been happier.

Jesus has changed my overall outlook on life.  Since I became a Christian (Christ-like)  I not only look at my life optimistically, but I see things in everyday life  as a race toward heaven!

I am so thankful for Jesus and the big impact he has made on my life.  If I wouldn't have given my life to Jesus I would be a loner who is depressed and wishes she were always  someone else.

I never really had true life till I got saved.   The world has much to offer but its all temporary, it will all only satisfy you for a brief moment, but the joy and the peace that I have found from knowing God will last for eternity.
