FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here is a short list of the most questions we are commonly asked. If your question is not on here, contact us and we will be sure to answer your question and add it to the list.

What is the normal turn around time for a banner order?
General turn around time for most orders is 24-48 hours from the day the order is approved and processed. For this, we need approval on order from the customer and, if a custom banner, print ready artwork. Turn around time does not include shipping times.

How long will the banner last?

Do you ship to our location?
We ship to anywhere in the United States using our preferred courier, FedEx. To see a map of estimated shipping times, click here.

What banner material is used for banner production?
Most banner orders are produced with a durable 13 oz. vinyl banner material.

How should I save my artwork files?
Whenever possible, artwork should be saved as vector files. This eliminates the need for resolution requirements. For bitmap/raster files, the resolution of the image needs to be a minimum of 72 dpi for outdoor use, and a minimum of 150 dpi for indoor use (at finished size).

How do I decide between a matte or glossy finish?
Banners with a matte finish are mostly used for orders that are to be placed indoors. A matte finish cuts down on reflection/glare. Gloss banners are used for most orders.

Can my logo be placed on my banner?
If the artwork for the logo is either a vector file or a high resolution raster file (150 dpi at finished size), it can be placed on the banner.

How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?
When storing a banner, it is important that the banner be rolled up and NOT folded. Folding the banner will cause permanent creases and could damage the print. Make sure to roll up the banner print-side out.
