The owner agreed to the resident committee recommendation:  placed the dumpsters behind the building with screening.

   Requested the landscaping
   along the back line be
   completed.

   November, 2011:
   Dumpsters worse:  screening
   removed and lid left open.


   Aug, 2011:  
   The owner of the commercial
   property at 550 Farmington
   Ave. placed two screened-in
   dumpsters on the back 
   property line, in front of the
   residential property line on
   Kenyon St which abutted the
   sidewalk and a single-family
   zoned vacant lot.

       - Owner occupant, 
       - Cert. of occupancy, special permit
       - 1 additional parking space. 
       - Apt. size 500 to 1,000 sq. ft.

 

  2- Ordinance Allowing ADUs 
      Within Main Residential Unit:
     An apartment would be allowed in  
       a house for 2 unrelated people
       or  3 related people in the ADU
       in addition to 2 roomers for R7 or 1 
       tenant allowed for single 
      owner-occupant.  
      Requires: 
      - Same as above, except:
      - All lots eligible.
      - CO required, but no special permit
      - Max. 1/3 of house


  Enforcement:
   Concerned residents would lodge a 
   complaint and go through the same 
   city process for zoning enforcement

   Allow for density levels to exceed
