Makko Powder - Makko literally means "Incense Powder" and this specific Makko is called Tabu no ki. It is the bark of a tree that grows in South East Asia, the Machillus Thunbergii tree. This powder has water-soluble adhesive properties, an almost odourless characteristic that seems to be lost when mixed with other ingredients, and its abilities to burn smoothly and evenly.
