throughout the summer months and
the early fall. The talks are
designed to familiarize or
re-acquaint listeners to the
basic belief systems of the
Rotinoshonni/Iroquois
Confederacy.

All events
will take place in the
Kanatsiohareke Conference Room
with the Ohenton Kariwatekwen/
Opening Address to start at 10
a.m. Lunch will be from 12- 1
p.m. and the lecture will
conclude at 4:30 p.m. Dinner
will be at 5:30 and
entertainment at 8 p.m.
Admission to the lecture, lunch,
dinner and entertainment is by
donation.
Also, on Sunday, August 6, at
1 p.m. Darren Bonaparte (Akwesasne
Mohawk) will give a lecture at
Kanatsiohareke entitled "The
Wampum Chronicles" during which
he will explain the meanings and
significance of various treaty
belts. A question/answer
session will follow and all are
invited to stay for refreshments
afterwards. Admission is by
donation.
