No, the service is not for free.
Is there a set up fee?
No, there is no set up fee.
I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
Juvio accepts all major credit cards members may also use
the Juvio online check acceptance program featuring quick
and easy automatic debiting of your checking account so that
you don’t have to worry about missing your service and jeopardizing

Can I use PayPal?
Juvio does not currently accept PayPal as a payment option.

You may cancel your membership at any time. There is no cancellation
charge.
Is Juvio international?
Yes, Juvio is international! The Juvio toll-free line is available
to all U.S. and Canadian residents. international members
are welcome to contact Juvio over a non-toll free line. All
of the members can get help through email, chat, or instant
messenger service in one of the many supported languages.
I live internationally what are the extra costs?
All costs are in U.S. dollars. There are no additional fees
beyond those which may be charged by your financial institution
for currency exchange if you live outside the U.S.
How old do you have to be to join Juvio?
You must be 18 years or older to be a Juvio Independent Associate
Member.
Does Juvio offer family plans?
Yes Juvio have recently introduced a Juvio Family Plan that
supports up to 4 accounts and 8 computers.

How long is my service contract, and is their any termination
fee?
All of the Juvio memberships are on a month-to-month basis.
There is not a start-up fee nor is there any termination fee.

support?

How does Juvio differ from the support that came with
my product?
Juvio is what tech support was always supposed to be. Juvio
offer a higher quality of support that covers all of the software
and peripherals running on your computer at one time. Traditional
tech support covers just one item for a limited amount of
time, and often enough, you’ll wait on hold for great lengths
of time just to be rushed off the phone by someone claiming
that the responsibility to fix your problem rests with whoever
built your software or hardware. Juvio don’t just cover a
computer or a software program, they support the most important
component of your system…you, the user!

Does Juvio have the ability to take over my computer and
fix the problem for me?
Juvio does have this ability. This is a process known as remote
hosting. When both the technician and the customer feel that
this is the best method for handling the problem, you can
grant Juvio one-time permission to access your computer and
fix the problem.
Will Juvio come to my location and fix my computer?
Juvio currently offer a very comprehensive tech support service
that is completely off-site. If your problem is one of a small
minority of problems that requires on-site assistance or physical
replacement of parts, the Juvio technicians can offer you
advice on finding a provider. At this time, Juvio does not
handle on-site repairs.
