- Developed and Defined ATM Configuration Image for deposits using the Diebold BNA and IDM
devices so that the host could process them as if they were Envelope Deposits without modification.
- Install ActiveX Control programs to allow Direct Printing of Receipts and Journal Records.
- Taught myself ASP, Visual Basic, and Java Script to be able to Modified the ATM ASP to:
- - Handle the HTML Screen Overlay Processing
- - Allow for Check Images to be Displayed on Verification Screens.
- - Allow for Display of Itemized Listing of Cash on Verification Screens.
- - Allow for the reformatting of the Consumer Print data to be able to chain multiple deposit
transactions as if they were a single transaction.
- - Handle Logging of Deposit Records and Special Error Handling Independent of Host Authorizer.

- Added Text-to-Speech processing to the ASP to allow the speaking of variable data.

- Developed and Modified ATM Configuration Images for NCR, Diebold and Fujitsu ATM.
- Worked on Tandem System to create and edit the Configuration Images Packets.
- Worked with the Paragon ATM simulators for both the NCR and Diebold ATM?s.
- Personally responsible for the Development and Testing of over 200 different ATM images.

- Responsible for installation and maintenance of the on-line network for this $2.5 Billion asset bank. Reported to Manager of Systems and Programming Department. Worked with IBM NCP Version 4, IBM CICS/VSE Version 2.1, IBM VTAM Version 3.3, VSE/ESA 5.1, VM/IS 1.5.1, and prior releases.
- Developed a program interface for IBM's security allowing a savings of 3K memory for each CICS user, This enhancement made it possible to run their security package without adding compute memory and avoided the purchase of additional software.
- Installed the first Summit Bank remote terminal network, accommodating growth from 8 local terminals to over 200 local and remote terminal.
- Designed local ATM processing between Summit Bank and Fort Wayne National Bank, allowing transactions at Fort Wayne ATM's to be processed locally, saving CIRRUS network processing costs.
- Designed and wrote several software exits to facilitate systems conversion between Peoples Trust Bank and Indiana Bank in the formation of Summit Bank.
- Effectively provided Technical Support for Computer Operations and System/Programming in the following areas:
- - Trouble Shooting, debugging and problem solving in support of Applications Programmers.
- - Supporting operations area with hardware, software, processing problems and Job Control statements.
- - Providing back-up support for ESA/VSE and VM systems.
- - Assisting in various disk, tape, and hardware conversions.
