• Developed a program interface for IBM's security allowing a savings of 3K memory for each CICS user, This enhancement made it possible to run their security package without adding compute memory and avoided the purchase of additional software.
• Installed the first Summit Bank remote terminal network, accommodating growth from 8 local terminals to over 200 local and remote terminal.
• Designed local ATM processing between Summit Bank and Fort Wayne National Bank, allowing transactions at Fort Wayne ATM's to be processed locally, saving CIRRUS network processing costs.
• Designed and wrote several software exits to facilitate systems conversion between Peoples Trust Bank and Indiana Bank in the formation of Summit Bank.
• Effectively provided Technical Support for Computer Operations and System/Programming in the following areas:
  - Trouble Shooting, debugging and problem solving in support of Applications Programmers.
  - Supporting operations area with hardware, software, processing problems and Job Control statements.
