To say that Medicare Part D is a train wreck is to be unfair to train wrecks. Train wrecks are unintentional; Part D was a failed attempt at Medicare reform. Medicare Part D is an expensive, complex matrix of plans that I'd wager, President George W. Bush wouldn't understand if Dick Cheney broke it down into blocks and finger paints!
This Plan is an exhorbitant cost to the nation-- It has the U.S. hurtling towards a record 9 Trillion dollar deficit. Ironically, the Medicare Part D Plan has made prescriptions exponentially more expensive to Medicare recipiants. People are dying because they can't afford their meds. Arkansas Congressman Marion Barry says "[Part D] is the FEMA of healthcare."
Now, let's hear what you've got to say. Why do YOU think that this sucks? Perhaps, you see some merit to this catatrophe (whatever!), let's hear from you too.
