We have been investing in real estate for over 20 years!  It has been a rewarding and profitable business for us.  In an effort to spend more time with our family, we have now decided to sell a few of the properties we own. We will have photos posted later.  

We have built a team of people to work with you in Buffalo.  These include property managers, handymen and contractors, an insurance agent, attorneys, as well as phone numbers to all the government offices including the subsidy offices, like Section 8.  You can self-manage any of these properties.  They are all remodeled, rented with GOOD tenants, and easy to manage from your home.
