(Same for base chain.)

Row 1:  BAS.

Row 2:  YO, draw through 2 loops, *3 ch, YO, draw through 5 loops; rep from * until 4 loops remain, 3 ch, YO, draw through last 4 loops.

Row 3:  Sk first cluster, *(insert hook into next ch, YO, draw lp through) 3 times, insert hook under thread which closed next cluster, YO, draw loop through; rep from * to end. Do not Turn.

Row 4:  Rep row 2.
