1) Ch 2 for the 1st stitch at beginning of the row. Yo and insert hook into the next st as if working a BAS.
2) YO and draw loop through

3) YO over and draw through two loops on hook.
4) Leave remaining loop on hook.
Row 1: BAS.
Row 2: With 1 loop on hook, work 1 BAS into each st to end.
Row 3: With 1 loop on hook, * 1 Long ADC, 1 BAS into next st, rep from * to end.
Row 4: With 1 loop on hook, *1 BAS into next st, 1 Long ADC. Rep from * to last 2 sts, 1 BAS into each of last 2 sts.
