Now Playing: Friendship
It is painful to be let down by someone you trust. I often describe it as a moment of great depression. Its like training for a tennis match with your doubles partner for years, only to find out that they will never show up for the game. It's like being a target for murder but they missed the shot.

I value loyalty above all when it comes to friendship. There is no wrong or right when it comes to partners and friends. Even if mistakes are made on their behalf, you will gladly take the wrong side as oppose to the right side, because that's how it is. That's how it should always be. Ofcourse, when the doors are closed and you know fully well that they are in such a deep rut, you gladly show them to the door of righteousness. But never openly. Never humiliatingly. Never self-righteously. It is the unspoken vow between friends-- to stand by them even if all you have are sticks and stones.

Friends are one of the most important things in a person's lives. I don't believe anyone can live an easy life without friends, similar to how they'd live a difficult life without family. True friends will always be there, through thick and thin, guiding you through your numerous obstacles in life, as you would do for them. But I believe that 80% of the time, friends aren't forever(I was told by someone else that research shows it was a higher percentage, but I couldn't find the web page). There are only a handful of true friends in this world. Many people believe that just because they were in diapers together with their friend, and have families who are close means that they will be friends for life. Being in diapers together and having close families doesn't mean squat. People tend to drift after awhile, and being in diapers together probably gives more of a reason to drift away because they've known each other for so long. Its really hard to find a true friend, so if you even think you have one, hold on to them. If you lose them, it's really hard to find another one.

When you feel betrayed by one of your closest friends you expect to be friends for life with, let me tell you...It is not a pleasant feeling, it really hurts.

I dont belive that you will choose wrong over rigth just because your friends. Loyalty is an Idea I also value, but if a person is wrong, he or she must be notified of his or her wrong doing. You mean to say that if your friend took away your boyfriend, or husband then you will still side with your friend?? I don't think so.
