Training
I do offer training services to the public. Stat-maxing and leveling are offered but I do not roll. Discounts are given to birthcapped foals and to foals that have a movement above light stepper. Horses must be no older then.02. I will consider training older horses with your understanding they will be older than normal when finished. All trained horses finish up between five and nine years old when stat-maxing and five to fifteen when leveling depending on the horse. i will not know how old they will be until I am finished so please do not ask me to guesstimate. I level all specialtys. I ask that once you send over your horse for training you do not constantly ask me when it is going to be through training. I need that time to train not answer your messages. If you decide to break contract and ask for your horse back before training is finished for any reason no refubds with be given. I ask that all contracts be made for at least 500 turns to ensure i have a proper timeframe to train your horse. Sending over your contract is an agreement to all things stated above. When done training your horses name will be placed on my ranchpage as previously trained horses for reference to other players. Those players whom are approved through me for training by me will be listed as well. Return players will receive discounts on training prices.

REFERENCING THE ABOVE NAMED OWNER OR LESSEE OF THE ABOVE NAMED HORSES, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREBY STATED FOR INVOLVEMENT WITH HAMILTON ACRES STABLES.
Owner/lessee agrees to pay $250,000 for stat-maxing or $350,000 for maxing and leveling, per horse for the Training program for horse(s) #___________.
A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required in advance
Owner/lessee agrees to pay a one time fee of $390.00, per horse for the Boarding during training for horse(s) # _____________.
Owner/lessee is aware of all charges for the various services available through Hamilton Acres, and agrees to the financial responsibility of any and all services performed on his/her horse(s).
Owner/lessee agrees to assume all financial responsibility for any farrier and/or veterinary charges for services performed on his/her horse(s).
Prior to Arrival
Requirements: Hamilton Acres requires that horses be vaccinated,free of viruses, and exhaustion.
Health & Maintenance: Incoming horses not meeting the above requirements will be vaccinated and turned until exhaustion expires. Horses with West Nile will not be accepted.
Prior to Departure
All fees must be paid in full prior to departure. Deposits will be returned.
