I believe with a change in thought patterns it is possible
to stop the cycle of over eating. In my opinion, I do not think it is possible
to end the cycle. A sudden change in effort to want to stop eating
alot, may bring you back to raiding your fridge!
Tips:
Stop Eating After 8 PM.
Drink Alot.
Take A Metabolism Booster Daily.
Keep Busy To Burn Cals And Ocupy Your Mind,
Chew Sugar Free Gum
Lock Up The Food!
Keep Track Of Calorie Intake.
Don't Buy Crap When You Grocery Shop.
Look At Models For Inspiration When Your About To Binge.
Drink Warm Fluids To Help Feel Full Longer.
Most Of All... Love Your Self! If You Screw Up, Don't Quit!!!!!!!

NOT To Do!
Eating before bed.
Starving your self for longer than a fasting.
Taking pills with heart racers if your working out.
Sit on the couch and eat junk food.
Slack off and start binging again.
Make excuses why you can't loose weight.
Sneeking food.
Buy baggy clothes to fit into because you gained weight.
Dont over use sugar. Use no more than 4g daily.

Don't feel bad if you ate. Just finish the day with light meals.
