Here is G.L'S HOT 20 for the week of...

September 29th, 2007:

(Rankings are based within Northeastern Wisconsin)

WEEK #90. There are 6 songs that could be #1 next week, pending which songs do better next week. For now, Kanye recaptures the #1 spot with "Stronger". Rihanna / Ne-Yo take #2, Britney Spears' techno-excuse is #3, Soulja Boy's (i thought it was spelt 'Soldier'! Come on, America, get to the program...) first single, people randomly like it and its #4, and Buckcherry steps up to #5 with "Sorry". 101.1 WIXX and 95.9 WKSZ, along with Mediabase Radio Charts are the sources I use to make my countdown.

If a box is green, then the song is going up the charts. IF the box is red, then it is going down the charts. If it has NO COLOR, then it has begun its peak on the chart. If there is a (*) next to a songwriter's name, that means the song has reappeared on the countdown.

DEBUTS OF THE WEEK:

This week sees 5 debuts, a rarity. At #11 is "Apologize". Now, I KNOW its Timbaland's song, but it actually, really is One Republic's, and Timbaland just added his "hey"'s in the background and remixed a beat. Therefore I'm calling it his remix. Fergie and Linkin Park have new singles, and American Idol Jordin Sparks' first song is on, as well as J. Holiday's "Bed". Plies, Rocket Summer, Che'nelle, Timbaland and Good Charlotte fall off the countdown.
