April 28, 2007:

(Rankings are based within Northeastern Wisconsin)

This is the 68th week of my countdown. "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne still remains #1. Rihanna, already on her third album in two years, makes "Umbrella" jump to #2, her third Top 5 hit. Kelly Clarkson also rejoins us with "Never Again" at #3 in the 2nd week. Three Days Grace takes "Pain" to #4, and Shakira/Beyonce are now #5. Make sure you vote for my new poll! 95.9 KSFM and 101.1 WIXX, along with Mediabase sources I use to combine my countdown.

If a box is green, then the song is going up the charts. IF the box is red, then it is going down the charts. If it has NO COLOR, then it has begun its peak on the chart. If there is a (*) next to a songwriter's name, that means the song has reappeared on the countdown.

DEBUTS OF THE WEEK:

Dashboard Confessional is considered the 'emo' band, but "Stolen" takes #12 for highest debut despite the stereotype. Linkin Park comes back on, and Plain White T's are back with a 2nd single. Christina Aguilera, Hinder and Mika fall off the countdown.
