If you are looking for a new home, I don't have to tell you there are a lot available. You drive by a new home development every mile or so probably whether you know it or not. They are usually recognizable by the signs: "inventory closeout!" "move-in special!" "ask about incentives!" Sometimes in can be a little daunting to figure out which new home development is a really good deal, whether the homes are built well, and if there might be something another mile down the road even better.

Above I have a link for you to check out. This is a wonderful little search tool I came upon that allows you to search for ALL new home communities near the zip code you input. Click the link, input your zip code (or the zip code you want to live in) and a list of all new home communities will pop up. You can even request full-color brochures there. Once you find one you like, let me know and I will find out any "inside" information I can to see if it is the best deal for you.
